The Gas Water Heater Test Bench (Model WH-RS03-501A) is a performance and safety station for instantaneous (tankless) and storage gas water heaters. It measures water flow (0–30 L/min), inlet and outlet temperature, combustion conditions, CO emission and safety-protection functions, with 0.5% full-scale measurement accuracy and automatic data recording. Water heaters are tested at the point where gas safety, water comfort and combustion quality meet, so the bench verifies both that the unit delivers stable hot water and that it shuts down safely under fault conditions. Instantaneous gas water heaters are tested to EN 26 (Europe) and China’s GB 6932; the differences from cooker standards are explained in EN 26 vs EN 30, and general gas-appliance safety follows IEC 60335-2-102. Wanhe provides the measurement records and technical files summarized on certifications.

We ship by sea (FCL or LCL), air freight or international express depending on the size and urgency. Sea freight to most Asian ports takes 5-15 days, to Europe about 30-40 days; air freight is usually within 7-10 days worldwide.
Of course. Customers are welcome to visit our Zhongshan factory to see the workshop, inspect machines under test and meet our engineers. For customers who cannot visit, we provide video factory tours and live testing demonstrations.
Yes. The electrical system of each machine is CE compliant, and we can provide CE certificates and technical documentation. For machines used in certification testing, we also supply the calibration reports of the built-in instruments.
We support EXW, FOB, CIF and other common Incoterms. For most overseas orders we recommend FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou; for turnkey projects we can also provide DDP service including customs clearance and inland delivery.
