For turnkey projects we can agree on a milestone payment schedule — for example 30% deposit, 40% before shipment, 20% after installation acceptance and 10% after the warranty period. Specific terms are negotiated per project.
Our equipment is developed in line with IEC, EN and GB standards for gas appliances, electric appliances and environmental testing — including EN 30, EN 26, EN 15502, GB 16410, GB 6932, IEC 60335 and IEC 60068 series. Tell us the standards your product must meet, and we will configure the machine accordingly.
We keep spare parts for all delivered models for at least 10 years after purchase, and guarantee lifetime technical support. Common wear parts (sensors, valves, relays) are kept in stock for express shipment.
We support EXW, FOB, CIF and other common Incoterms. For most overseas orders we recommend FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou; for turnkey projects we can also provide DDP service including customs clearance and inland delivery.
All machines are packed in export-grade wooden cases with internal shock protection and moisture-proof treatment. The packing meets international shipping standards and protects the equipment through sea or air freight.
