Gas Stove Production Test Bench (WH-SP-Line)

The Gas Stove Production Test Bench (Model WH-SP-Line) is a line-ready final QC station for gas cooker and gas stove production. Unlike the standalone gas stove test bench used for single units and laboratories, the production bench is built into the line as one or more stations: it connects the appliance, runs the leakage, ignition, flame and performance checks automatically, returns a pass/fail result and forwards the data to the factory network. It is the production-line version of the multi-appliance gas appliance test bench.

Automated Final QC Sequence

• Gas tightness (leak) test — automatic pressure-decay test on the gas circuit; the method and standards are on the gas tightness and flame failure standards page.
• Ignition & flame stability — verifies reliable ignition and stable combustion under rated gas conditions.
• Flame failure cut-off — measures the shut-off time after flame extinction per the applicable standard.
• Heat input / performance — checks gas consumption and heat input against the rated specification.
• Automatic judgment & report — pass/fail output and a traceable report per serial number, with no manual gauge reading.
