The Combi Boiler Test Rig (Model WH-CR-Lab) is a laboratory type-testing station for gas-fired combi and wall-hung boilers. Where the production wall-hung boiler test bench is configured for fast final QC on the line, the test rig is configured for certification and R&D: it continuously logs central heating output, domestic hot-water (DHW) performance, combustion conditions, gas tightness and safety cut-off across the full operating range, producing the traceable data set required for EN 297 and EN 15502 type testing.

The rig combines a gas meter, water flow meters, temperature and pressure sensors and a flue-gas analyser with a data-acquisition system, so efficiency and performance are calculated from synchronised measurements rather than manual readings. For efficiency-focused work it is used together with the thermal efficiency test system, which provides the heat-input/output and flue-gas analysis modules.
Test methods follow EN 297 and EN 15502 for gas-fired boilers and EN 625 for combi boiler hot-water performance, with GB 25034 available for the Chinese market.
