For turnkey projects we can agree on a milestone payment schedule — for example 30% deposit, 40% before shipment, 20% after installation acceptance and 10% after the warranty period. Specific terms are negotiated per project.

How long does customization take from confirmation to delivery?

Customized equipment generally takes 30-45 working days from design confirmation. Standard models ship within 15-25 working days. Complex turnkey projects (multiple stations or complete laboratories) take 45-60 working days. We always confirm the delivery date in the order contract and share progress updates.

What is the shipping method and estimated time?

We ship by sea (FCL or LCL), air freight or international express depending on the size and urgency. Sea freight to most Asian ports takes 5-15 days, to Europe about 30-40 days; air freight is usually within 7-10 days worldwide.

What trade terms do you support?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF and other common Incoterms. For most overseas orders we recommend FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou; for turnkey projects we can also provide DDP service including customs clearance and inland delivery.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom equipment?

For non-standard test equipment, the minimum order quantity is 1 set. Each machine is built to order, so you can start with a single prototype line and expand later with the same design.

Can you provide CE certification for the equipment?

Yes. The electrical system of each machine is CE compliant, and we can provide CE certificates and technical documentation. For machines used in certification testing, we also supply the calibration reports of the built-in instruments.

How do you pack the machines for export?

All machines are packed in export-grade wooden cases with internal shock protection and moisture-proof treatment. The packing meets international shipping standards and protects the equipment through sea or air freight.

Do you offer OEM/ODM branding on the equipment?

Yes. We can apply your brand name, logo, color scheme and controller interface language on the machines (OEM), or develop an exclusive design for your market (ODM). Tell us your branding requirements before production.

Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. We provide an English operation manual, video guidance and remote commissioning support. For turnkey projects we can send engineers for on-site installation and operator training. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, and for small amounts we also support Western Union and PayPal. For new customers, we generally require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
