Do you accept L/C?

Shipping cost depends on the trade term: under FOB we arrange delivery to the designated port; under CIF we cover freight and insurance to the destination port; under EXW you arrange pickup from our factory. We will confirm all logistics costs clearly in the quotation.

We support EXW, FOB, CIF and other common Incoterms. For most overseas orders we recommend FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou; for turnkey projects we can also provide DDP service including customs clearance and inland delivery.

Customized equipment generally takes 30-45 working days from design confirmation. Standard models ship within 15-25 working days. Complex turnkey projects (multiple stations or complete laboratories) take 45-60 working days. We always confirm the delivery date in the order contract and share progress updates.

Yes. We can manufacture strictly according to your drawings, technical documents or samples. Our engineers will verify key parameters and tolerances with you before production to make sure the result matches your design intent.

Yes. We design and build non-standard test equipment from scratch — machines are drawn, engineered and manufactured for your exact test items, parameters, standards and production line layout, not modified standard products.
