For any issue, contact our after-sales team via email or WhatsApp with photos or a short video. We provide 24-hour online remote support to diagnose and guide repairs. Spare parts are shipped express if replacement is needed.
Yes. We provide the complete export documentation package — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CE certificates and calibration reports — and our freight partners handle customs clearance smoothly.
Customized equipment generally takes 30-45 working days from design confirmation. Standard models ship within 15-25 working days. Complex turnkey projects (multiple stations or complete laboratories) take 45-60 working days. We always confirm the delivery date in the order contract and share progress updates.
We accept T/T bank transfer, and for small amounts we also support Western Union and PayPal. For new customers, we generally require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
We respect customer confidentiality, but we are happy to arrange video calls with existing customers in similar industries or share published case studies (see the Project Cases section) as references.
