What trade terms do you support?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF and other common Incoterms. For most overseas orders we recommend FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou; for turnkey projects we can also provide DDP service including customs clearance and inland delivery.

Yes. Besides international standards, we often build machines for enterprise internal standards and acceptance criteria. Share your standard documents with our engineers and we will implement the exact test methods and pass/fail thresholds.

Shipping cost depends on the trade term: under FOB we arrange delivery to the designated port; under CIF we cover freight and insurance to the destination port; under EXW you arrange pickup from our factory. We will confirm all logistics costs clearly in the quotation.

All measurement instruments used on our machines are calibrated by accredited laboratories, with calibration certificates included in the delivery package. We also recommend annual recalibration and can guide you through the procedure remotely.

Yes. We provide the complete export documentation package — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CE certificates and calibration reports — and our freight partners handle customs clearance smoothly.
